We’ve secured exclusive use of one of Iceland’s most extraordinary private properties: Hvammsvík Nature Resort, a hidden gem nestled between majestic mountains and the open Atlantic sea.

Set on 1,200 acres of Icelandic beauty, Hvammsvík offers:

  • Twelve beautifully designed guest houses, each blending modern comfort with rustic Nordic charm

  • Geothermal hot springs that rise naturally from the earth: yours to soak in day or night

  • A private fjord coastline, hiking trails, and wildlife all around you

  • Unshakeable: Iceland takes place from May 24-29, 2026.

    We will have two meeting points/pickups:

    • Keflavik Airport: 1 pm, May 24

    • Downtown Reykjavik (location TBD): 2 pm, May 24

    It is a short drive from Reykjavik to our resort (<1 hr).

    The event ends at 11 am on May 29, 2026. From there we will drop off participants in downtown Reykjavik at noon, and then Keflavik airport at 1 pm.

    We recommend you stay for an extra day or two after the event ends to explore Iceland further!

  • Attendees are all entrepreneurs; the guest list will be carefully curated by Mike and Philip, including members of Wayfinders and Brave Entrepreneur, with a handful of spots available for general application.

    • 5 days / 4 nights at Hvammsvík (private lodge, hot springs, group spaces)

    • All meals, accommodations, and ground transportation during the retreat

    • All guided experiences, exercises and coaching with Mike and Philip

    • Curated adventures and spacious reflection time

    • Unlimited soaking in our private hot springs!

    • Return flight to Keflavik airport

    • Alcoholic drinks (we discourage drinking as it interferes with the work)

    • Tips for lodge staff and guides (suggested about $200 USD for the duration of the event)

  • You can and should! The focus of this event is on building your internal leadership capacity, which will have immense benefit for your business. In addition, your invoices will be marked as ‘Executive Coaching Retreat’, to make your accountant happy :)

  • All participants are required to be entrepreneurs, so your business partner is welcome; spouses and intimate partners are welcome if they are also entrepreneurs.

    • More than 200 days notice: full refund

    • 200-120 days notice: 50% credit to a future event, 50% payment is forfeited

    • Less than 120 days’ notice: full payment is forfeited
